Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

Payroll & Compliance:

  • Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle tax deductions, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain salary structures and compensation data.

Leave & Attendance Management:

  • Track and manage employee attendance & leave records.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

· Understand customer needs to strategy the costing and or pricing.

· Negotiate cost-effective rates with service providers to ensure maximum profitability.

· Coordinates with airlines, shippers, local and overseas agents for the quoting process of

shipments.

· Maintaining continuous communication with vendors, shippers, carriers and other branch offices

throughout the quotation process and choosing proper routing appropriate to the customer’s

needs.

· Immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to supervisor, manager, or

department head.

· Follow up to ensure the freight is cleared and delivered to customer on time, update systems

accordingly

· Negotiate and coordinate spot rates and/or quotations for shipments/services within our client’s

database.

· Display a thorough understanding of industry-related terminology and processes.

· Strategize ways of increasing profits margins, while keeping cost at a minimum.

Job Description:

  • Planning and Scheduling the relocation of fine arts assets, considering logistical requirements, timelines, and project constraints. Coordinate with stakeholders to establish priorities and minimize disruptions to ongoing operations.
  • Client servicing by being the company face for the client from receiving the query, to sharing the quote to proactivley update clients on the latest developments with their shipments
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping is a key part of the job profile. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all aspects of the relocation process, including inventory lists, packing materials, transportation manifests, and installation plans. Ensure that all documentation is organized, accessible, and up-to-date for future reference and auditing purposes.
  • Operations management – Coordinate and arrange with respective departments on outbound and inbound transport of artworks from start to finish, including storage, packing and crating, onsite and offsite and prepare the requisite paperwork
  • Risk Management and Contingency Planning: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with fine arts relocation activities, such as weather-related delays, transportation accidents, or handling errors. Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure the safe and successful completion of relocation projects.
  • Quality Assurance and Customer Service: Maintain high standards of quality and customer service throughout the fine arts relocation process, striving to exceed the expectations of internal and external clients. Seek feedback from stakeholders and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of relocation services                    

Required Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Museum Studies, Arts Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in art handling, museum logistics, or fine arts relocation highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of best practices for handling, packing, and transporting fine arts assets, including familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications for documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving project objectives.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required for fine arts relocation projects and events.
