Star Worldwide Group offices and warehouses are spread worldwide and are strategically located to enable us to deliver quality service to our global clients.

Star Worldwide has offices and warehouses located in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai & Hyderabad. There is a total of around 30,000 sq. ft of space between our offices.

We are headquartered in New Delhi with state of the art facility including computerised 30 lines Telephone system with voice mail, fax machines, photocopiers and scanners. Our highly efficient and qualified staff works on a high speed Internet connectivity providing uninterrupted communication and appropriate business environment to all our employees.

Star has the necessary infrastructure, including purpose built vehicles for transporting works of art, handling equipment, pallet trucks, fork lifts, dollies and an excellent warehouse with air conditioning storage facilities, and in house carpentry shop for storing, packing and crating of works of art. With offices at New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Kolkata, we offer an all India network for handling domestic and international moves of our clients.

All these offices are equipped with CCTV camera and manned round the clock by security guard. Our Fire fighting equipments with smoke detectors, burglar alarm system and regular pest control ensures complete safety of our entire employees and operations pan India.

 

Electrical & Communication:

Star Worldwide offices are wired for gigabit Lan and the servers are connected directly to managed switches to enable faster & easy access.

There are firewall and routers to connect to all our offices using high bandwidth internet connections with sufficient redundancy. Our Delhi office (Faridabad) has a total of 2mbps link capacity from 2 different providers ensuring that there is no single point of failure.

We also have standby generator set for uninterrupted power supply & back ups for servers, communication equipments, workstations, air conditioners, lights etc.

It is innovative software that simplifies the tracking, recording and reporting of the move transactions and provides a consistent service that meets the needs and demands of both the Relocate and the Account.
