Job Description

  • Correspond with customers regarding their complete move process and provide all guidance on packing, customs and insurance documentation.
  • Control & coordinate the entire move process internally with operations & externally with vendors/agents.
  • Liaison with carrier (air/sea) on the booking routing / status as well as the arrival status of the shipments.
  • Negotiate final rates with shipping lines / airlines.
  • Coordinate with warehouse to overview packing, deliveries & movement of ground logistics are happening as per plan.
  • Keep partner agents as well as customers regularly informed with regard to status of their shipments till completion of job.
  • Update information in company's move-management software.

Job Description

  • New Business & organic growth within retained accounts.
  • Regular liaison with top 10 accounts as well as constant pulse on the import customers.
  • Ensure Pre move Surveys are conducted on time and with accuracy.
  • Periodic reporting on sales and consumption of material.
  • Evaluation of client feedback and taking corrective steps while taking preventive measures that the errors are not repeated.
  • Have a clear understanding of the company’s policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to this vision.
  • Planning future capacity requirements.
  • Recognizing training needs and its implementation on a regular basis.
  • Continuously ensure all departments are using RedSky software and also must refer to reports generated through RedSky.
